Boundaries
What the fund practice does not do.
THOTH does not provide investment or fund management, act as administrator or depositary, or hold directorships. Board involvement means finance input to the board, not a board seat. Regulated activities remain with the authorised firm.
Regulatory environments the principal has worked in: FCA, AMF, CSSF and BaFin, including Luxembourg fund structures and FCA regulatory capital.
